If you are unhappy with your purchase items may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for your choice of refund, exchange or store credit with no expiry. Merchandise must be in original, unaltered and unworn condition and accompanied by original receipt, packaging, documentation and all warranty cards and booklets intact. Closeouts, clearance items, special orders, service work, altered (including sizing) and custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. All refunds must be returned to the same card or method of purchase as set-out on the original receipt. Returns only accompanied by gift receipts may be exchanged only. We reserve the right to accept non-bill exchanges at our sole discretion. Non-bill exchanges may be applied towards any promotion or sale, and the value will be set at the lowest price offered in the previous 150 days.
We extend all manufacturers' warranties by an additional year at no extra charge. All diamond jewellery is protected by our comprehensive diamond protection plan which we proudly innovated for the entire jewellery industry over 40 years ago. All watches include lifetime battery replacements for free.
We love to clean your jewellery (ultrasonic and steam) and check the settings free of charge at any time. We recommend this being performed every six months at a minimum. We also provide free quotes for jewellery repairs and expert free advice for any jewellery matters. Rodan jewellers is not responsible for damage to jewellery or loss of stones due to worn settings, setting problems, poor workmanship or materials, or unstable stones.
All repairs and service work are warrantied for a period of one year against defects in materials and workmanship due to normal wear and tear. Liability for any damage shall be limited to actual cost to repair the work performed. Rodan Jewellers shall not be responsible for; stone identification/stamps, unknown or mysterious loss or disappearance of any item or component thereof, pre-existing/unrelated condition of jewellery at time of receipt (other than service work specifically identified); altered, treated, unstable, or enhanced diamonds/stones; and/or pieces that are unmarked or marked incorrectly. Rodan Jewellers is not responsible for items left beyond 90 days.
