We offer a straight forward yet reassuring return policy which we pioneered almost 50 years ago, making sure that your satisfaction is fully guaranteed for every purchase.

Simply bring in your unworn and unaltered jewellery in new condition along with proof of purchase within 60 days for your choice of a full refund, exchange, or credit note. Please see store for complete terms, restrictions, and conditions. Restrictions also apply for special orders, custom jewellery, clearance items, and certain items.

Warranties 

Jewellery:

Rodan Jewellers is proud to extend all manufacturers’ warranties by an additional year at no extra charge. All diamond jewellery is protected by our comprehensive Diamond Protection Plan (see below) which we proudly innovated for the entire jewellery industry almost 50 years ago. 

Watches:

Every watch purchase is backed by Rodan Jewellers exclusive free lifetime battery replacement policy, free watch band adjustments, and free one year extended warranty, by our own watchmaker. This exclusive benefit is over and above all manufacturer’s warranties.

Repairs & Service Work:

All Rodan Jewellers, all jewellery repairs, custom jewellery, and service work from our in-store jewellery workshop includes a full one year guarantee against defects in materials, quality, or workmanship due to normal wear and tear.

Rodan Jewellers proudly pioneered the jewellery industry’s first fully comprehensive diamond guarantee almost 50 years ago. 

1. Lifetime warranty for loss of your original diamond(s) due to manufacturer’s defects.

2. Two year warranty for defects in quality, materials or workmanship.

3. Free lifetime cleaning and mount checks on all jewellery.

4. Free lifetime re-sizing. Fit is one of the most important comforts of your ring, so as you change with time, your ring should too.

5. Lifetime opportunity to trade up to increase the size or quality of your mined centre diamond, allowing full purchase price credit towards your trade up. We always provide information and options for you when considering upgrading your diamond. There is no minimum requirement; we believe any extra investment should be your choice to make, not the jeweller. 6. Free lifetime rhodium plating for any white gold diamond jewellery, often completed same day.

Free Cleanings

We love to clean your jewellery and check the settings free of charge at any time. We recommend this being performed every six months at a minimum, or anytime you want to add a little extra sparkle to your life!

Online Return & Exchange Policy

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase it can be be returned within 90 days of the date of delivery.

• Returned or exchanged products must be unaltered and in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The return of any merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Rodan Jewellers.

• Special orders or custom-made merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange due to their special nature.

• Rings ordered in a size other than stock size (typically size 6.5) are non-refundable.

• Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Rodan Jewellers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or customs returned shipments. 
• If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact [email protected] and we will provide you with return instructions. Please note no returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
