Ive visited nearly all the top rated jewelry stores in the lower mainland, and ended up going with Rodan. I walked into the store one random evening and ... met Alex who was very nice and knowledgeable. Our initial conversation really got my interest in exploring what Rodan had to offer, and I loved how genuine his approach was in helping me find the right stone while considering everything on my checklist. I‘m a very picky person and was under a massive time crunch and needed a ring done in a matter of a few weeks to propose on a trip.. Alex made sure to consider all the specifics i wanted in a diamond and brought in a handful of options until i found the right one that i was drawn to. I decided to go the custom route when it came to the ring itself, and Mitchell was awesome from the start to the finish. I sat down with him and provided some pictures of a design i wanted and he made it happen. He made me a part of the whole design process which i loved. Getting close to my deadline to go on my trip, i made some last second requests to make some changes to the ring design. Rob and Mitch went above and beyond for me to make sure that i was 100 percent happy with the final product and had the ring done for me right on time. I can't recommend Rodan Jewellers and the team enough! Special thanks to Deborah who has been so patient with us throughout! I went to at least 3-4 places to pick out my own engagement ring and I found a beautiful piece at Tiffany & Co, which was way over our ... budget (~$30K). Two friends of mine who both got their e-rings and wedding bands from Rodan told me to go check them out and ask them to make a custom ring with the design I like, so I brought in bunch of photos of the ring I wanted and Deborah helped us through the entire process to create my beautiful ring. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, and she always emailed me back within less than half hour whenever I had questions or wanted to change things. After series of meetings to check the design on paper, the CAD design, and a 3D wax mold, I finally got my ring and I am beyond happy. It looks like the ring I've always wanted but better! I can't stop staring at this beautiful ring all day, and the diamond Deborah found us is absolutely flawless and goes perfectly with the ring. Thank you again to Deborah and Rodan Jewellers! This place is amazing!! My fiancé proposed to me just before we had plans to fly to Toronto to see his family. The ring was too big and I desperately wanted to get it resizes before my trip. I called around some other jewellers who said it would take 2-3 ... weeks before I could get my ring back. I took the ring to Rodan to see what they could do and let them know my story. Hats off to Rodan Jewellers! First of all I would like to start out with a big thanks to Brian. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with a custom made ring for my "now" Fiancee. On a Monday early evening I walked into Rodan and was ... greeted by Brian. I told him that I need an engagement ring by Friday as I was going to propose to my girlfriend on our Hawaii trip. We had a little chuckle about how late notice it was but with all jokes aside he took matters into his hands and made the magic happen. He came up with the idea of going with a Custom made ring. Without hesitation Brian simply asked for a design that I had in mind and went straight to work. He made up a schedule and ordered some diamonds for me to choose from. He even educated me about engagement rings and walked me through the process of design/material/stones. Aside from having great customer service and friendly staff, Rodan really pulled this one out of the bag as they were able to have a custom Engagement ring made for me within 5 days. 5 days! This was the most pleasant big ticket retail purchase I've ever made. I was shopping for an engagement ring and a friend recommended a Tacori ring. I called Rodan Jewellers and spoke with Alex who was very courteous, knowledgable and spent a significant amount of time answering my many questions. ... We fall short of words to describe our amazing journey with Sergey at Rodan Jewelers. My fiancé and I came to Rodan Jewelers about 2 years ago to pick out an engagement ring. Sergey was very patient and in our first meeting spent 4-5 hours with us explaining every little ... detail and answering every question we had. We didn’t buy anything but visiting Rodan Jewelers few times after that. There were few visits where Sergey was off but the other Jewelers knew not to overstep and didn’t push us to purchase anything. We drive out to Burnaby from downtown Vancouver just to visit this jewelry store. Everyone is super down to earth here and knowledgeable. We’ve been helped by almost all the staff and they’re all amazing. Anyway we’ve purchased our engagement ring setting, diamond rings, wedding day of gifts and anniversary gifts here because we love their service and after care so so much; they replate your white gold jewelry annually for free once a year if you buy from them. They also replace any lost melee diamonds if you get your rings with these melee diamonds checked twice a year. Quite possibly the best customer service we've ever received, EVER. Alia is awesome; she is thorough, energetic and gives great advice when you ask her for her suggestion, and she always follows up - highly recommend her as she really works hard to get you what you want, and trust ... me I am not an easy going customer in any way. Mitchell the gemologist is very knowledgeable, approachable, and honest with his feedback. I came in with my heart set on a very thin band for my engagement ring, and Mitchell suggested that the thin band would case my ring to turn a lot due to it being too top heavy and suggested different alternatives but ultimately left the decision up to me. He wasn't upselling or anything, he just wanted me to make an informed decision and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Also Alex and Rob are easy to work with, and Rob clearly has years of expertise in the jewelry industry. Another highlight is the store always holds special events for their email subscribers; I highly recommend you go onto their website and subscribe via email as these events usually come with snacks, drinks and most importantly, they always offer either a discount or a gift card after $500+ of purchase towards the next purchase so it's perfect for those planning their wedding like us, or if you're buying a jewelry for your significant other. Although their location is far away from where we're located, we are always happy to make the trek out to Brentwood Centre because we know there will be expertise and excellent customer service awaiting us. I highly recommend Rodan for all your jewelry needs because they always go above and beyond for their customers.
